Herb sauce
Ingredients: Coriander and mint leaves A bundle each Garlic pods 4 Green chilly 1 Salt Procedure: 1. Pluck out the mint leaves (no mint stalks please). 2. Chop off the roots from the coriander bundle. 3. Soak both the ingredients separately in water. Drain. Repeat the process twice more. 4. Crush the garlic pods, and chop the green chillies. 5. Place all the ingredients in a blender, add some salt and a teaspoon of water, and blend till smooth. Add a little more water if required.

Ingredients: Chickpea flour 1 cup Onion 1 Potato 1 Green chillies 2 Cumin powder (optional) half teaspoon salt and pepper for seasoning Procedure: 1. Dice the potato and onion, and deseed and chop the green chillies. Place all these ingredients in a bowl. 2. Pour chickpea flour into the bowl, add the seasoning, and mix well. 3. Add enough water to make a thick batter. 4. Heat oil. 5. Pour 3-4 tablespoons of the batter into the oil. Fry till the fritters are golden brown. 6. Drain. Dip the fritters in sauce and have 'em.
